Secure Online Video or Telephone Counselling
These services are available for children, teens, adults and families within Australia and globally (online) and within Australia (telephone) within the comfort and privacy of your own home. This has proven to be a very practical and convenient way for highly anxious, time poor, regional or rural clients and families to feel empowered to reach out and not be isolated from support. Simone’s online counselling services are secure for upmost confidentiality.
The online and phone session fee includes all forms of communication outside of the counselling session.
50 minutes = $90 (online)
30 minutes = $60 (online)
Telephone: 60 mins = $100 (adult only)
Weekend rates : 60 mins = $150 (online and telephone)
Professionally Facilitated Support Group
Join this support group for caregivers of/and individuals with allergies, offering understanding, strategies and community support in a welcoming and empathetic environment.
Facilitated by a mental health professional with lived experience, these sessions provide guidance and emotional support in navigating challenges together and establishing a close social network.
Meetings are held online for ease of access
6 x 90 minute sessions* @ $50 per session
*run fortnightly over 12 weeks
Group 1: Wednesdays 10-11:30am beginning March 13, 2024
Group 2: Mondays 7-8:30pm beginning March 25, 2024
Home Visit Counselling, online video or telephone
If you are a busy carer, or a family that are overwhelmed with a new diagnosis a ‘home’ visit may be the perfect option for you.
Embrace the support you need, in the comfort and privacy of your home, where the techniques and solutions discussed can be actioned immediately. This reduces stress and anxiety and personalises your support to another level.
Offered in Geelong or the Surf Coast.
90 minutes = $140
Consulting / Coaching
Consulting is the service you may seek to answer a specific problem. Simone, as the expert, drives these sessions offering direct, professional advice about a topic that you raise in relation to manoeuvring safely through life as a family while living with food allergies. A ‘consultation’ is generally only one session. Simone will have communicated with you prior to your appointment and will be prepared with expert information to complete the session.
Consulting sessions are available via online conferencing, telephone, or in the privacy and comfort of your own home if you live in Geelong or the Surf Coast.
